Poker Stars
PokerStars is the largest online poker room in the world. Originally launched back in September 2001, PokerStars has seen consistent growth over the past seven years. During its busiest times, it is common for more than one hundred and fifty thousand players to be actively playing in the PokerStars poker room (which hosts thousands of tournaments at the same time).
PokerStars offers eight different kinds of poker, including Texas Hold’Em, five-card draw, Stud Hi/Lo, Stud, deuce to seven triple draw, Omaha Hi/Lo, Omaha and Razz.
In addition to the thousands of various tournaments it hosts each week, the most popular PokerStars tournament is the Sunday Million. This tournament has a buy-in of $215, and pays out one and a half million in prize money.
Although many online poker websites have closed their websites to US players since 2006, PokerStars has continued to allow US players to play poker on its website.

This one is actually one of my personal favorites so I hope I don’t sound biased. They have a large amount of tables at all levels of play, as well as fun tournaments to join into throughout the day, definately something to look into if your playing poker online.

Software is 1 step below Full Tilt, but Pokerstars has many more people. Support is also a little quicker at Pokerstars.

The MTT’s and S&G’s are great with action at all stakes and skill levels. The software is fast, reliable and it can be customized the way you like it. In general, the games at PokerStars are fairly loose with a high percentage of players to the flop and big pots. Overall, Pokerstars is the number one online poker room!

PokerStars does not have a great bonus sytem or a good rake back. What they do have going for them is a strong international market that guarantees a game of all types of poker available at any time day or night.
The VIP Rewards system makes up for the lack of rakeback by offering gifts, books, clothing and even a Porsche if you gather enough FPPs(Frequent Player Points) from your poker game time. the software is fantastic and is always being upgraded.
I highly Recommend PokerStars!

PokerStars software has that 90’s look, it’s bonus codes maxes out at 50$ and there is no rakeback system.
Sounds like something nobody would play with… WRONG! This is the most popular poker room in the world, and it ain’t so for nothing. It has the biggest tournament every sunday (sunday million) and has the WCOOP events. Wide variety of games, wide variety of blinds, wide variety of players and a one time experience.

PokerStars is definitely my favorite poker site. They have the best tournaments, simplest design, and highest volume. Plus, no one can compare to their lineup of high buy-in tournaments.

PokerStars is for sure one of the top poker rooms around. They have great tournament action all hours and their ring tables are almost always full event at the mid stakes levels where some rooms start to dwindle. PokerStars is one of the top 5 in the world at this time.

Obviously the best room for tournaments (and not only the famous sunday’s million). Great sit and go’s , much action all around.
The small bonus, the “aged” software with the weird and annoying sound etc. will be their downfall imho.
